Matt Stine is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and operator with over 10 years of experience in marketing, paid advertising, and growth systems. Throughout his career, Matt has built, scaled, and exited companies across multiple industries by focusing on disciplined execution, data-driven marketing, and operational structure. For more than 7 years, Matt worked closely with CPA firms and accounting practices, helping them attract clients and scale through improved marketing, advertising, and operational systems.
During this time, he also held equity positions in two accounting firms, giving him a firsthand,
operator-level view of the industry, including where traditional tax preparation consistently falls short of proactive tax strategy.
In 2023, combining his operational background with years of exposure to the accounting space, Matt founded Prime Wealth, the parent company of Tax Prime, building a team of experienced, licensed tax strategists focused exclusively on proactive, compliant tax strategy for high-income earners.
In addition to operating companies, Matt is a real estate investor and runs a private equity firm that invests in both early-stage and established businesses that require expertise in marketing, advertising, systems, and execution to scale effectively.
